February 16, 2018. Heading to Our World Underwater today to present at the show – Saturday, February 17, 2018, at 10am. I hope to see lots of my friends from the tristate area both at the presentation and at the show.
My presentation is called “Protect What You Love – a Diver’s Perspective on Ocean Conservation.” My job with DUI has allowed me to experience some parts of the world that are incredible success stories in ocean conservation as well as places that are critically endangered. I am a lucky person to able to share that with you.
It is a fitting topic, as from Chicago, I head to Antarctica. One of my favorite places on Earth! And simultaneously one of the most well protected places and one of the most threatened. I am privileged to be a polar ambassador.
